How does it work?
You’ll request a mobile notary services appointment online or by phone, then the NotaryPro team will coordinate with notaries in your area to confirm your appointment. Please note that this process takes 1-2 business days. For more urgent service, please consider booking an online notary appointment.
What documents can I notarize?
Since your documents will be notarized in person, there are no restrictions on the documents that can be notarized during your appointment.
To ensure speedy service and avoid extra fees, be sure to inform NotaryPro of the documents you need completed when you request your appointment, and if you’ll need copying or printing services.
Is this available in my area?
Mobile notary services are available in any area with NotaryPro locations.
How much does a mobile notary cost?
Our mobile service fee starts at $54.95 in addition to our regular notarization fees which can be found on our prices page.
This covers the notary’s travel time and mileage. In rare circumstances, there may be a slight fee increase for appointments requiring more than 1 hour of travel time, but this will be confirmed prior to the appointment.

Standard Document Notarization

- Charged in addition to the Mobile Notary Travel Fee
- First notary signature and seal (on Pen & Paper)
- Additional notary signature and seal: $28.95 each (up to 10th signature)
- Bulk signature and seal (11th signature and up): $10.95 each
- Excludes: Will, Power of Attorney, Separation Agreement, Deed ($69.95 each)
- Prices do not include GST/HST
Will, Power of Attorney or Separation Agreement

- Charged in addition to the Mobile Notary Travel Fee
- Last Will and Testament, or Living Will
- Power of Attorney (for Personal Care, Finance)
- Separation / Divorce / Cohabitation Agreement
- Ontario Law requires two witnesses to sign (bring your own)
