Virtual Witnessing

What exactly is virtual witnessing?

Virtual witnessing allows you to meet with a Notary Pro via online video to have us witness you physically sign your Will or Power of Attorney (with pen and paper). The Notary Pro will then physically ‘wet’ ink sign and notarize a duplicate “counterpart” paper copy of your documents.

Then what? We then mail/courier the notarized documents to you, completing the Will and Power of Attorney signing process in accordance with Ontario Regulations 129/20 and 431/20, Alberta COVID-19 Pandemic Response Statutes Amendment Act, and BC Ministerial Orders M161/M162.

Virtual witnessing is safe, secure and legal in Ontario and BC. Read our blog to learn more.
